Bad Choice Called Mr. White and asked him to give me a bid on constructing a deck below the upper deck he had previously worked on on the new house we bought. Didn't hear a thing from him for three weeks. Called him and he than said he was just too busy to get to us. I suspect the real reason is that the portion of the upper deck I understand he added to the house appears to be settling and I suspect he wants to distance himself from the entire matter. I'd look elsewhere if I were you.
