Had a great experience with Dr. McAndrews and the entire team. From the initial consultation through the procedure, everything was clearly explained and handled professionally. The staff was attentive, the office was well-run, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. McAndrews was the third doctor I visited to learn about my hair. He was the only that treated the appointment like a doctor. He diagnosed, and then provided prognosis and treatment options. I did not feel rushed, and I did not feel sold on a surgery. Everything was explained. His treatment approach was by far the most excellent. The entire team was top class.
