Absolutely the worst. I am simply trying to get lab results. I challenge anyone to call Dr. Lin's phone number and try and speak with anyone. Impossible. After a week leaving messages with every prompt including office manager - no response, no call back. Not recommended at all.

The employees that work in the infusion office were all speaking Spanish when there clearly weren't any Spanish speaking individuals getting infusions. That is/was so disrespectful to the patients that were in the recliners. Someone needs to address this ISSUE that they can't seem to manage Appropriately in the midst of patients.

The experience was very pleasant from the receptionist in the beginning all the way thru to the scheduler at the end.

Horrible care by Dr. Lin, through his Np that sees you every visit. NP had no empathy for high risk, instead said “I worked my entire pregnancy with hypermesis”. I’ve learned there is a wide spectrum of severity with hypermesis so that was absolutely the wrong thing to say to a sick, dehydrated momma with multiple gastric tears and inpatient stays, who cannot work or function to do normal daily tasks.
