Excellent dr
Dr Paul Lee failed me as a Dr. I kept telling him I have pain in my ankle. He patronized me to the point, I was ready to have my foot amputated. I was unable to walk. Crying from the pain, while hearing from Dr Lee that there was nothing wrong. He refused to do his job. I changed dr's. I was seeing another Dr. Mmanuiranior and he got mad and told me e I couldn't see that Dr. I was so upset, I told the schedule dept if I didn't get another Dr, I would change to Kaiser. Paul Lee isn’t a bright and suitable doctor at all in the high desert. He lacks integrity (lies in his documentation paperwork falsifying when the phone call was recorded for my own safety during the whole time during my appointment including the call center), so making a complaint. There is also no accountability, no cultural awareness, and no cultural competency when it comes to serving marginalized people (people of color) from Paul Lee. Dr. Paul Lee is an excellent doctor. He is personable and very knowledgeable. He explains everything to my husband and myself. We are both his patients. His staff are all very friendly and helpful.
