I've been a patient for over 15 years and never had any issues.
I am so disappointed and upset. The Doctor I had for over thirty years retired, so I had to find a new one. I have been going to Dr. Leavitt for two years not and have only seen him personally once. He goes through PA's like they are disposable and that is too bad - some of them were very good. I just experienced the final straw and am looking for another Doctor. This is the worst doctors office I've ever been to. Forgets to send in medicine to the pharmacy. People could die over that. This office doesn't even care when I called it out.
