This is the worse customer service ever,its like you are begging her something, the doctor is OK
This is the worst Doctor I have ever been to in my life. His nurse is one of the most ignorant people I have EVER dealt with. She is miserable and matter what you do to try and be nice she's a WITCH. The doctor seems misinformed on new medicine and doesn't communicate. Save yourself the headache and just pick a different primary.
I only gave 2 stars because Dr. Hersch is OK. He looks out for the patient and takes the least damaging approach to medicating you. The assistant out front is very difficult to work with, especially on the phone. She acts like it isn't her job to provide good customer service. Seems like she isn't happy at her job.
This is the worst Clinic that i visit in my life no doctor the office is closed, and a terrible customer service
