Dr Favorito and his team operated on my right shoulder (rotator cuff, bone spur, loose tendons, etc) Monday December 13, 2021. Pre op they gave me a nerve block. 12 years ago I had my left shoulder repaired and the nerve block wore off in 12 hours, then terrific pain that lasted 2 - 3 days--lots of pain!. This time - NO PAIN, NONE. The nerve block was applied using an ultra sound unit and lasted 2.5 days- after that, just the slightest ache.
