Amazing service. Correctly diagnosed a tricky problem with my furnace that I'd spent days puzzling over, and saved me many thousands (a bigger HVAC company wanted to overcharge me for a new furnace when a cheap part replacement was all that was needed). I'm impressed with the honesty and solid diagnostic work.
Paul has been great with assessing and repairing our non functioning heater. We previously had 2 other technicians fix it with failed results.
