Have had them for a few years and couldn't be happier!
The service I've received leaves much to be desired. Recently, I was in a bad accident that no citation was written as it wasn't my fault. But the damage was extensive. They ultimately decided to fix my car. A month later I get a voicemail to call back regarding my auto insurance. I called back, knowing my account pulls up because of my phone number and was told I had to wait for that specific person to call me back as they were more familiar with what was going on.
