It must be bad practice to bad-mouth someone in this town. Actually, it's not something I enjoy doing, but Mr Hinson is not all hearts and roses. When the agent he turned me over to for some additional business couldn't/wouldn't answer my questions, I contacted one from another agency who did. So I moved my business. THEN Hinson contacted me & pretty much told me how unfair I was to do that without talking to him. I still have the email he sent. Arrogance at its finest.
