I can't believe how difficult it is to call in and schedule an appointment. Horrible. I've called 10x, been the 1st caller in queue and never get an answer.
I hate to put a 2 star but to be honest Dr. Hinshaw is awesome, however to get a hold of the office is the problem it's so irritating to get through at one point I wait a whole week before they got back to me....
I would give zero start if that’s possible. Save your time and go somewhere else. I don’t know how good the doctor is because I can never get through the maze of phone center and make an appointment.
