Poor business relations. Is not timely, large gaps in service and abilities. One star for great inital sale/ service pitch but minimal service following contract signatures.
Too bad no zero star option. Office hours are not accurate. During posted business times, it seems there is nobody in the office able to provide assistance. It is a shared office space, and the other personnel working here try to be helpful, however do not work for the firm. Neither Paul nor his assistant are accountable. The sentiment of the firm does not reflect what is advertised on the website or Google business listing.
Beware: Paul's positive reviews are generic and IMHO could have been generated by colleagues and friends. Please Read: Paul was hired by me and my ex-wife to provide parent coordination. Mr. Henry ignored a history of family violence, provided to him during intake. Instead of problem solving or engaging the process he ignored our case for months at a time.
