I have never been disappointed with any repair done by Paul Henderson Plumbing. Day or night, scheduled or emergency, they have consistently shown up and done superior work. I've never had to have a second repair on any job they've done. I highly recommend Paul Henderson Plumbing!

Had an emergency with my finished basement flooding. They told me they'd have someone make an emergency run but it would cost more. I said fine. An hour and a half later a guy calls me to get my address and says he'll be out in an hour. 30 minutes later he calls to tell me I'm out of his service area (we're both in Westfield). I offered to pay him even more than the emergency rate to make the 15 minute drive but he refused and left me hanging.

Great service – Everyone from the receptionist to the technician that came to my house to do the work was very friendly and helpful. The technician was on time and looked professional. He explained the problem and solution thoroughly and even cleaned up after himself! I highly recommend this company!
