All my personal interactions are excellent. Once you get outside the office environment expect the level of service and care to fall off dramatically. The response from messages in the portal can take several days to get a response if any at all. My experience with using Teledoc was terrible. A Teledoc appt is supposed to save time I sat in an online waiting room 45 minutes then called the docs office and they informed he wasn’t going to see me after all very inconsiderate.
