I’ve never in my life have dealt with an office that is so rude they won’t even let me talk to the doctor. They would not even help out with a referral. They are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in that office and the doctor never ever returns phone calls
All my personal interactions are excellent. Once you get outside the office environment expect the level of service and care to fall off dramatically. The response from messages in the portal can take several days to get a response if any at all. My experience with using Teledoc was terrible. A Teledoc appt is supposed to save time I sat in an online waiting room 45 minutes then called the docs office and they informed he wasn’t going to see me after all very inconsiderate.
