Heat pump wasn't heating the house. When technician arrived, he saw we had a Google Nest thermostat and immediately said that he's not familiar with those and we might have to get someone else. I convinced him to at least try and fix the heat after showing him how the thermostat works (odd that he didn't know how to operate a smart thermostat). AJ and Keith were very nice and professional. They were able to answer any questions that my mom and I had. AJ reached out a couple days later to check on us to make sure we were okay.
