A year ago I broke my glasses and needed to repair it, they checked my eyes, repaired it but didnt stop from there. Exactly after 12 months they followed up with me, scheduled an eye check, found out my eyes have improved and suggested I buy a new pair because its expensive for me to use the same frame as it was a frameless one. (The lenses need to be cut specially to fit it) Paul and Karen were extremely friendly and professional.
