From the moment I walked in the door, for my appointment the customer service was amazing. Paul was so thorough and explained everything in simple terms. I was apprehensive getting multi focals, as soon as I put them on incredible, just how Paul said they would be. Perfect prescription, not to strong so no headaches, nausea as previous experience elsewhere.
