Scheduled Telehealth visit. Told me to take DayQuil. He asked for photo, I told him I can send photos of situation. He said set up another visit, pay again, and then he could look at pictures. Overall it would have took 2 minutes and 30 seconds of his time, to let me upload photos. No respect for the patient. Avoid if possible.
Did a quick Teladoc visit, he was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and provided what I needed for my illness. Seemed like he genuinely cared without being rushed since it was a teledoc visit. I appreciated that. Thank you!
