Nobody was at the office when I needed them. They also did not answer their phone. I called the number posted on the business door which is not the number you mentioned.
I bought a computer from the company that merged with this one and due to Hurricane Michael just got my house fixed and was just now able to get my computer up and running. It is stuck in the log in page and needing their password. I called this company the first lady was a pleasure to speak with but the other lady Cindy acted as if she was dumb founded about the password for the company she previously worked for. I will never use this company due to VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Did not give me proper coverage for my business. I had no help from my insurance after the hurricane. No loss of business and my inventory was not covered.
Not many people stop to think about the reasons for increases in insurance costs however think about it like this. Suppose you have a storm (Hurricane) come thru your area; or for that matter, an area far removed from your home. Think about the extreme millions and millions of dollars in claims that the insurance company must pay out.
