Dr. Van Horne is great and has awesome bedside manner and I am givng 3 stars just for that. The secretary is a bit of a dense train wreck though. She will roll her eyes if you don't have the supposedly sent paperwork done beforehand. She also has zero patience if you are bringing your kids here as well and they are just being kids.
