Yesterday I wrote a review giving this office one star for rescheduling my surgery that was due in a week. The office has gone through great lengths to correct this. Dr Rhee even reached out to say this was a mistake and it is not the protocol of his office. I am so grateful that they admitted it was was handled poorly and acted quickly to renew my faith in this office. Thank you Dr Rhee and staff.
One week before my scheduled surgery I was sent a email that my time was given to another patient. I was told this patient was diagnose with stage one cancer and needed emergency surgery. As a breast cancer patient for the last year I know there is no emergency surgery for stage !. I had a 3 week wait before my stage one surgery , which turned into Stage 2.
