I have dr. Kalkat. I think the providers share an office here. No complaints on care but the MAs up front are really condescending. I’d wish more offices pivoted towards a younger crowd or at least people more passionate about patient care.

I was told that the office was moving when I tried to make an appointment. Then the staff asked for documents from us and stated they would call us but never did. I called and after weeks of back and forth with the staff, I was told that the doctor would not be taking any new patients. After weeks of getting all documents the lady, Alma stated the doctor was not taking on new patients then why did they waste our time?
