Why would a cardiologist put a man who is 70 plus years with no history of heart problem, no diabetes, no high blood pressure with a LDL of 117 and an HDL of 47 on 40mg of a statin. 117 is borderline high cholesterol. 40 mg of statin so much over medication for someone who can correct his cholesterol with minor diet changes that this prescription borders on irresponsible.
He is the best...a caring Christian Doctor that as knowledgeable and helpful as any Doctor you will find.....would never go to anyone else....his deep personal commitment to healing patients is rarely seen and he is complimented by a wonderful staff
