Lovely staff. Quickly seen by the doctor. He haa a great personality. Scheduling was great. They even called me to reschedule better time to expediate my situation.
Their office has moved to 1701 Fountainview Dr, Suite 120.
This Dr and his team don't know the firs thing about patient care and customer service. The first issue i encountered was a scheduling problem. i selected a time to see the doctor it was confirmed. i was told to arrive 15 minutes early which i did. After 40 minutes of waiting i asked when i would be seen by the doctor. the front desk admin, told the me the incorrect time, which was later that i set the appointment for. The facility was very nice. They got me in before my scheduled appointment time. The support staff were supper friendly. Drm Brennan took the time to explain everything. Not only the next steps but the steps after that.
Great staff! Very friendly and professional.
