This Dr and his team don't know the firs thing about patient care and customer service. The first issue i encountered was a scheduling problem. i selected a time to see the doctor it was confirmed. i was told to arrive 15 minutes early which i did. After 40 minutes of waiting i asked when i would be seen by the doctor. the front desk admin, told the me the incorrect time, which was later that i set the appointment for. The facility was very nice. They got me in before my scheduled appointment time. The support staff were supper friendly. Drm Brennan took the time to explain everything. Not only the next steps but the steps after that.
Great staff! Very friendly and professional.
When I got to the office it was really clean and nice looking. I was a little nervous being my first time going to this office and meeting the doctor but everything went well. After speaking with the doctor there's a plan in place for me to get my kidney stones removed hopefully.
