I’ve been a customer with Allstate for years. There’s always been a small issue happening with my auto or home policy that has always been fixed due to an error on their part. Unfortunately this time when calling and speaking to Ernest about the issue of inputting my sons date of birth wrong on their part policy it was ignored.
