Very good job done ,plenty of problems arose but nothing to phase Paul, job well done
Paul's wife called me a c*** down the phone over an invoice that's 12 hours old. Not that Paul was particularly nice throughout any of the process, the customer complained about his rude conduct even before all this. Invoice was sent to us yesterday, Paul's wife dropped that language today AFTER I'd apologised it was missed and said we'd get it sorted ASAP Think most professionals would drop a more polite reminder first? EDIT: also apparently does not know the name of the company that he swore at... some book keeping that.
