Calm, caring environment. Dr. Pelts is wonderful, showimg genuine empathy and interest for my issues. I pray he never retires because I believe he is one-of-kind in his field.
I've been seeing Dr. Pelts for 18 years and I have never felt more heard and understood with any medical professionals than I have with him and his staff.
Receptionist would not let me get information who my mentally ill family member who is not capable of doing it himself. HELLOOOO, you work with people who are not capable of doing simple tasks such as scheduling appointments. It's a life or death situation. Have a little compassion.
