Surveying property boundaries requires an understanding of property law as well as land surveying which is why Paul Gay is both a licensed attorney and a licensed land surveyor. I had an issue with my neighbor's fence that I thought was on my property and called Mr. Gay. The survey showed that the fence did not actually come over onto my property. I appreciated the advice that I received and would not hesitate to hire Mr. Gay again.
I needed a survey in a hurry and I called Mr. Gay. He got right back to me and surveyed my property before my deadline. During the process he stayed in touch, returned all of my phone calls and took the time to answer my many questions. I would give him an excellent recommendation.
I read Mr. Gay's book on the Fundamentals of Land Surveying. The book really helped me to understand my property rights.
