My husband and I Have been with State Farm and never had problems until corporate State Farm reassigned us to an agent that lacked experience, expertise, and most of all customer service. Editing 2/4/26: I just recently completed another file review with Christine and I continue to be impressed with Paul and his team! Christine and I went over my coverage and made some much needed adjustments, and did so in a flash! She was professional and courteous, and I really appreciated that she was mindful to keep our meeting as brief as possible since we met over my lunch break. I've been a proud customer of State Farm for many-many years and unfortunately my agent retired and State Farm corporate assigned me an agent who did not have the professionalism, or knowledge to be a State Farm agent. Paul Gallegos and his team are amazing and very professional. Had several questions dealing with my car and life insurance and Christine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when she explained everything. Would highly recommend this agency.
I have been with State Farm for years and always receive excellent service and feedback when required. Paul and his staff are definitely customer oriented and only give me correct information when requested. I was not paid to say this!
