Editing 3/31/25: Just updating to say that I'm still really happy with Paul and his team! They are responsive to my questions and work hard to help me find resolutions to my issues (shout out to Gwen for being a policy fixing wizard!) I would highly recommend their agency to anyone and can see myself continuing to be a happy customer for the long term. Erin is so amazing. She takes the time to explain what my coverage is and what its for. No one has ever taken the time she has to do that for us, in terms that are understandable.
Everyone was super kind and welcoming, including Paul himself. Erin was personable, kind, and the service was prompt and painless. My only word of caution is that there's a pair of short and hairy sales reps that might yell at you if you surprise them. Maybe bring treats or something.
