Dr. Bove is a great doctor! In August 2017 I had to have an emergency amputation surgery. Dr. Bove came in and explained everything. I was in shock and he was so compassionate, telling me that everything will be okay and it was!!! During my hospital stay he would come in and just talk! Answer my questions and relax my mind. Unfortunately, I've had to visit him several times since then but he has never changed. His voice is so soothing. And his explanations calm my mind every time. Sometimes they’re hard to get into, but it’s a great staff and the Dr.’s great.
Waiting for mom’s appointment, it was at 1:45pm and we are still in the waiting room at 3:17 pm. I understand appointments can run behind, over, etc. but running over an hour and half late is unacceptable. It’s very unfortunate that they overbook and run behind because Dr. Bove is a fantastic doctor.
My Mother had a TIA in August 2021. Which lead to a blockage that needed immediate surgery. Dr.Bove was absolutely the best in performing the surgery bedside manner was awesome this happen during Covid outbreak so it was strict rules for all procedures. I was informed every single time any changes with my Mother and was able to sit with her when she had anxiety about her procedure. If I could give a 0 stars I would. He was so unprofessional and dehumanizing. He was arrogant and had terrible bedside manners. As a Doctor, you do not treat patients that way.
