My experience with this surgeon was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and dehumanized during my visit. The interaction came across as arrogant and lacking compassion, and the bedside manner was not what I expect from a medical professional. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.
I recently met Dr. Bove who was friendly and seemed thorough during my appointment. I was running a few minutes late due to a traffic jam and the office staff were very accommodating regarding the delay which I appreciated.
Dr. Bove is a great doctor! In August 2017 I had to have an emergency amputation surgery. Dr. Bove came in and explained everything. I was in shock and he was so compassionate, telling me that everything will be okay and it was!!! During my hospital stay he would come in and just talk! Answer my questions and relax my mind. Unfortunately, I've had to visit him several times since then but he has never changed. His voice is so soothing. And his explanations calm my mind every time. Sometimes they’re hard to get into, but it’s a great staff and the Dr.’s great.
Waiting for mom’s appointment, it was at 1:45pm and we are still in the waiting room at 3:17 pm. I understand appointments can run behind, over, etc. but running over an hour and half late is unacceptable. It’s very unfortunate that they overbook and run behind because Dr. Bove is a fantastic doctor.
