Unfortunately I have to warn you about this place. The cars are hit or miss but the main issue is the customer service. The staff are rude, belligerent and their sale tactics are based around guilt tripping. If you have any concerns or issue with a vehicle, they will tell you that you are wrong and to either change your opinion or priorities. Thought I’d wait a few months before writing this review to give people an idea. Bought a civic from Paul Frewen in Feb 2025. Well priced, without pressure to buy. Paul himself is a gent, and very kind to customers imo. Easy sales process, Paul being accommodating to my needs. Onto the car itself. Drives very well, was sold after service with approx 5months left on the MOT. One issue I have had so far was the washer fluid pipe was cracked and perished. An ignorant man by the name of Nick hung up on me when I’d decided that I was no longer interested in the vehicle in question. Pathetic behaviour synonymous with a child who throws their toys out of the pram when they don’t get what they want. Shame on you.
Great purchase this week from Paul Frewen Motors. This is my third car over twelve years from here. Fab customer service, Paul and Luke know their cars and always have them ready, roadworthy and absolutely trustworthy. I've never had any problems with the cars, only lots of daft questions which Paul and Luke are very patient with answering for me!
