Dr Freda definitely cares about his patients. After the loss of my child he has given me the support I needed to keep living instead of surviving. I know he has my back and I'm so thankful.
I am in the process of reporting Dr. Freda to the board for his unprofessionalism. Who is he to play God with peoples' sobriety. The office staff is inefficient. I had to call to cancel appointments due to snow and because I had to drive 2 hours there and back to home. They did not cancel the appointments therefore showing I was a no call, no show multiple times. Indicating that I was a noncompliant client. Shame on you Dr. Freda. You need to retire. You looked exhausted.
