Michael and Jasmine were INCREDIBLE to work with!! They took a bunch of ideas that I threw at them and helped me build my dream wedding dress from start to finish. They were so so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It was like build-a-bear but with a dress. If you’re picky and want something super specific but not sure if any store has what you want, this is the place for you. They will work with you until you have the perfect dress. I just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to Michael, the owner , and Jasmine the consultant for the beyond amazing appointment my daughter had yesterday at Paul Francis. We were welcomed into this beautiful space and instantly felt at ease. They listened to her wants and wishes with such attention to detail all while encouraging her to push herself outside of the box.
