Fantastic, humbling experience. All the staff treat you like you are a human being (that's right ladies). They explain what's going on with your car and give you multiple options. I found this service from a Facebook callout for a good mechanic. And they were 💯 right. Good humans all round, gave me so much of their time explaining things and it was a top service all round. Max at Paul Flood Automotive really went above and beyond when repairing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He replaced a faulty EGR cooler, which turned out to be a difficult and time-consuming job, but he handled it with real skill and professionalism. From start to finish, Max was outstanding.I was kept updated, worked through the complexity without cutting corners, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly.
