I sit here, with 1 good eye due to a terrible issue affecting my left, that has me down to literally being "all-right". My left eye is sore & blurry, I have a headache and also a little hungry - yet I still sit here typing this glowing review because... That's how good these guys are! Extremely welcoming and professional optometry store. Since my first pair of single vision lenses up until now with multifocal and transitional lens Paul Fell and his staff have provided excellent service and quality products. Even when my previous lenses had an issue they were replaced free of charge. A special mention to Mona with her bright and friendly service makes you feel more than just another number.
I have to say , yesterday my wife and I had a exceptional experience when we visited , to pick up the repaired reading glasses for my wife. Sharon was very helpful . If I know facts to what I thought it is a big help. So I will ask next time. We had a exceptional exexperience even if I repeat myself, and we chose also a new pair of reading glasses for my Wife. Paul fell is the best optometrist I have come across. The quality of their most up most loyalty and dedication of customer service and how they go above and beyond to make special needs customer feel appreciated. I've spent alot of time trying to find an optometrist. And now I have. They are family orientated as well as down right loyal to their job. If 200% of perfection. And I'm a single mum to 4 special needs children. I highly rate Paul fell above and beyond.
