I have been coming here for many years. The clinical side is great. Sadly, there is a woman (with an accent) who in my last 2 visits has shown frames and talks prices. I have no knamed her "The Toecutter", or "The Closer", depending how relentless she is in getting a deposit or full payment. Today the quote I had was high, and I explained I would need to return next week after I am paid, to give a deposit. Boy, she pushed and pushed and pushed. New guy, Jai, is a great asset to the business. He is competent and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. The rest of the staff go quietly about their business making everyone feel welcome; and offering advice for suitability of frames and free adjustments where necessary. I always get a friendly wave when passing. It's nice to be recognised and appreciated.
