Competent, timely care. The staff is well trained, responsive and caring.
This was my first visit as a new patient. Every person I encountered greeted me with a smile and happy demeanor. His nurse was so pleasant. They thoroughly covered all my previous medical information. Dr Feldman patiently listened to my health background and made decisions on new treatment. He order several tests and to my astonishment called me later in the day to personally tell me the results and what to do next. I am so impressed and grateful I found him. I feel heard, helped and headed for healing. Thanks Dr Feldman
I had a 1045 appointment. You asked to be 15 minutes early, which I was. I waited an hour in the waiting room only to be left in a small room by myself with the door shut for over 30 minutes before the doctor came in. This is the second time this has happened to me. Same thing at the Cardiologist two hour wait. I’m thinking of changing my health pair plan. I wouldn’t have even given one star, but you have to leave something to finish the post.
