Great discussion and visit with Dr Fortes & his assistant on a complex topic. Today’s visit in followup was on time and thorough.
My appt. was scheduled for 9AM, which is the first one of the day. I even came in early, but was not seen till after 10AM, i.e. over an hour late, and no explanation/apology for this huge delay was issued by anyone. As a result of unexpectedly losing a big chunk of time, I had to rearrange my plans for the day. While understanding that the inconvenience I've endured is minor in the long run, I do hope that this type of disorganization is not the norm and not the reflection of quality.
