One star because he did get the referral sent over for my MRI. But aside from that this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a specialist. 15 BUISNESS days waiting for a response to the patient portal. Only answers to what the results of my MRI are were sent in medical jargon and terms that mean nothing to me. Office manager finally called to speak with me at the time of the Neuro-Opthamology appointment scheduled WITH IU Neurology so obviously unable to discuss at that time.
Been a patient over 15 years always been friendly and staff was amazing.
A patient for over 20 years and now refills are in some call center which lies about when they receive. Takes days. Was a great practice but stinks now
Dont go total waste of youre time .
Do not waste your time. We’ve had 2 visits with him now… both of which we’ve waited months & months for and Dr. Bustion could not have cared less about the patient or getting to the root of the issue. Asked 1-2 questions & was ready to throw out a diagnosis and write a script. Did not take the time to listen or understand. Very upsetting & discouraging.
