When we showed up to the viewing, there was already a couple walking through with a home inspector. I called Paul, who was a no show, and asked if the house already had an accepted offer. He said yes it did and that we could put in a backup offer. I asked him why he didn’t disclose that the house already had an accepted offer and he told me that if my real estate agent had asked him, he would have told them. Terrible experience with this agent, rude and unprofessional. Contacted regarding a property, confirmed availability and viewing time. Come day of appointment (3 days later), we take time out of our work schedule and show up at the property. 15 minutes pass and he's not there, so we call him to see if he's on his way. He tells us that the property has already gotten an accepted offer and that he isn't coming to the appointment.
