They have some nice RV's. Main issue is once you go through the process, and pay for the RV- all bets are off! Service, sales and finance do not respond, and even asks them to email me for scheduling (on voicemail as nobody answers the phone) . Everyone points the finger at other departments (who is in charge or owns this place?) - 200 point free inspection does not exist, even when you ask every department "We don't put those in the file"? Bought an 2022 OPUS2 off road camper 28 October, which needed a replacement air column at the time of purchase. We were assured it would be ordered that day. It was not, and after many followups and contacting the manufacturer I was informed it was delivered to RV country on 3 January. RV country didn’t know who it was for and it sat there until today, 28 Jan when I picked it up. Their communication and customer service is horrible. I’ll never buy anything from them again.
Absolute piss poor service.
Work for company for over a year went above and beyond what my job title was did everything that was asked of me and more. Even brought my own tools and box to show I'm ready to move forward and start learning more and for what a little raise and knowing the fact I the boss would never move me up in the company and after being there for a year and getting yelled at and talked down to like a child from the service manager not a place I would recommend. I recently purchased a new retro trailer fr Fife only to realize a day later that they were slick and sales tactics brutal. You have 3 days to change your mind about anything in WA state. I paid them w cash and credit card. Bf i realized it Kevin had me 6k more for things i either didnt need or want or didnt know i had never wanted For eg. I didnt need the campground membership the special stuff to add on to my retro. Etc. They and i argued for mos and they finally agreed to pay off the $3500 to the campground place.
