We've used Paul Ellis Home Maintenance Specialist for several repairs for some of our rental properties in Beverly Hills FL and his work has been excellent! We've had him buy materials and chooses first category of price, then category of what is appropriate for the repair at hand, from there his charge (which is very reasonable.).
