Read this if you have a high pile rug/carpet! TLDR; we were not warned ahead of time that high pile rugs may not be able to be cleaned, and our rug was ruined. We took a 10’ area rug in after moving here because we didn’t have a place for it to dry over our wood floors, but unfortunately our rug was ruined.
