I have known Dr Eberts for ten years and he is a great doctor: very professional, experienced and knowledgeable, but also an excellent listener with a sympathetic and caring bedside manner.
Dr. Eberts has been my primary care physician for almost two years now. He has always been extremely helpful and his staff is fantastic.
I was billed for my first medicare visit, which is supposed to be free, and when I tried to rectify the situation, Eberts and his office sent me in circles and did not help at all. The visit itself consisted of taking my blood pressure and asking a few basic questions, it was still hundreds just for that. Eberts is running a scam of some sort, charging people more for visits than he should, tacking things on and hoping you don't notice mistakes.
