I felt he did not listen to me when I wanted conservative treatment. His nurse was very rude on the phone at a time I was deathly ill. She did not relay a message for Dr. Williams to call me. Dr. Williams, through the nurse supervisor, told me his nurse would not do such a thing. I recently found out by accident from staff at his clinic others made similar complaints and his nurse is no longer with him. I had no choice but to find a new doctor and have been in remission four years.
