Paul is straight forward and easy to work with. I shared my issue with him. He gave me options, the pros and cons to each option. Shared some of his experience regarding the matter. I put in an inquiry online about a defamation case, and the person on the telephone was ignorant and kept giving me excuses and not telling me why the attorney couldn't take my case and not answering my questions. He refused to send me to the attorneys voice mail to leave him a message so I can get some answers. Poor customer service!
