I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Bernabe and his office. Healthcare should never be a one-size-fits-all approach, especially when a patient has a complicated medical history. I have always believed that good healthcare starts with listening to the patient. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. So, far the office and Dr. That I am assigned to is or has not adhered to the follow up from the emergency room. Not impressed. Since October I've had issue with getting appointments, pain management and back to having my income. In addition to immediate care of these issue. I am in need of fertility treatments still. Not in my 20's, 30's anymore. More critical if I am to follow the procedures to do so.
AMAZING Dr,! I have gone to him for over five years. Very caring and seems to know his stuff. VERY IMPRESSED.
