Recently I attended a service for someone who passed too young. While standing next to the grieving family near the casket, I head Paul tell them that it was 7pm and a long line was in the hall and to please keep the line moving. Then I heard the family repeat this to people who had come to offer their condolences. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. This was for a 6-8 viewing.
