We had the BEST experience working with Paul Dunton to find the exact house, location and price range that we were looking for (and purchased it). Once he understood our needs he only sent us info on the specific listings. He did not push or pressure us anyway when any listing that looked good but had some issues that we were concerned about. He worked with us (and our Attorney) until the last MINUTE of closing, identifying and clarifying any issues that came up. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and his agency to anyone planning to p... read more
