He told me i would need scaffolding to paint my house. Ok- sent me a quote. I asked if this included scaffolding. He said no I would have to sort this out myself. Regardless of my age (71 years old). Surely he should sort this himself and include it in the quote, seen as though he is doing the job. It should not be the customers responsibility to do this. He has failed big time!

Thought he did a good job, would call on him again wasn't the cheapest out there but very professional only criticism I have is that I thought he rushed the kitchen a bit in some areas it could have done with an extra coat or two as the paint underneath was coming through in areas not completely visible like on the sides of the window sill which is mostly covered by blinds so I was not too bothered to call him back to sort.
