Called out january to fix boiler. I was told uneconomical to repair so paid 2,200 pound to have new boiler fitted plus 50 pound to have a seperate boiler serviced and landlords certificate issued. New boiler fitted 5th Febuary. Its now end of March and Im still waiting for the commisioning safety paperwork to validate the boiler warranty. The other service wasn't done so had to get someone else in order to keep that boiler warranty valid
